About Us

Meg Colby - Author, Teacher, Channel Here on the About Us page, I want to say that if you are ready to begin your spiritual journey in order to find one or more of The Many Faces of God, then this website is the place for you. It is here as a resource for you. If you are wondering what this kind of journey is, if you are interested in the spiritual journeys of others, if you would like to talk to others about their spiritual journey, if you want guidance on your own spiritual journey, if you want to write about your spiritual journey and especially if you feel ready to take a step out of a spiritual condition that is no longer appropriate for you and want a little reassurance that what you are doing is OK, we are here for you.

I'd like to tell you a little more about myself because you might wonder just who I am and what gives me the right to create such a website.

My name is Meg Colby and I have been on my own spiritual journey since I was about 20 years old - that's over 40 years. During that time I have maintained an evolving career in the computer field and have enjoyed that endeavor and been very successful at it. I am happy and healthy and I have a loving family. And all that time, I have been on my spiritual journey - a journey which has allowed me to see some of The Many Faces of God.

I was raised in a very traditional religious household and spent most of my youth in church schools. Having come out of such a background, my encounter with the concept of reincarnation was fairly mind-blowing. I was reading a book on the life of Edgar Cayce, a book called There is a River by Thomas Sugrue. To this day, I do not know how I came across that book. In any case, the concept of reincarnation did not fit into my worldview at the time. So I just closed the book and closed my mind on the subject until I encountered it again much later in my life when I was more open to such ideas.

If I had had someone to talk with about what I was reading, the story might have been entirely different. My intention with The Many Faces of God is to provide a forum for those who find themselves in a similar situation.

May your journey be as profound and as exciting as mine has been. I love you for being here. I encourage you to share this site with others who are embarking on their own journey.

In love and light,

P.S. Please take a moment to sign up for my monthly newsletter.
