A Question about Healing

The Question: The teachings of Abraham and other spirit guides tell us that perfect health is our natural state. (Sorry, I don't have the dates of any of the writings.) Yet, we're continuously on the search for that which will make us healthy. I know we need help with a cut or bruise or a cold.

I'm thinking more of dis-eases or conditions such constant headaches etc.

I try very hard to focus on the positive and know that if I do it right that my body knows exactly what to do but I'm not quite getting there. What does Ananda have to say on this subject?

Dear one. Indeed, the one you call Abraham is quite correct. Abraham, like us, is a group of energies with many components. In fact, our energy groups are interpenetrating. In other words, we, as Ananda, share many of the same access paths to Source Energy as does the teaching group known as Abraham.

Wellness is not disconnected from any other aspect of your beingness. The headaches you speak of are a result of disconnection from Source Energy. All who experience such things know that but don't necessarily know what to do about it. We will tell you that this is why you have incarnated in a body prone to such things. It is the same as one who has incarnated with the illness you have named fibromyalgia. It is a symptom of a great break in your connection to your Source Energy.

Now we tell you this not to make you feel any worse than you already feel. And we are speaking here to all who have such experiences in their body. You come from a long line of energy patterns which have all culminated in you. There are may overlapping patterns, just like we overlap with Abraham. The sorting out of these patterns is not necessary for the resolution of the discomfort you may find in some of those patterns. What is necessary for that resolution is that you and others like you come to terms with the patterns energetically. In other words, a headache is not just a headache. Muscle aches and pains are not just muscle aches and pains. They are your body trying to communicate a message to you from Source Energy.

The content of the message is always the same. You are disconnected from Us. We want you back. The pain you feel is your body's response to Our request to you for the reconnection.

As you look for the cessation of the pain, be it physical or emotional or mental, you will find the path back to a proper connection with Source Energy. The very journey itself is what will reconnect you to Source Energy.

Let us use an example from the life of the channel. She suffered with hypoglycemia for many years. The headaches she would experience were excruciating and debilitating. She would have to excuse herself from her surroundings, go home, vomit and go to bed. When she awoke, the headache would be gone - till the next time. She lived with the awareness that there would probably be a next time.

She had no idea that these headaches were a symptom of her disconnection from her Source Energy. Without going into too many of the details of her life, we will say that when she began to allow love to manifest within her in the proper way for her, she found the way to let go of the headaches. There are many details here which could help you see what actually happened. However, we would be encroaching upon the personal life of the channel which we do not wish to do. Suffice it to say, that it was all about love - or the lack of it in her life.

The channel is sitting in a state of amazement at what we have just said because even at this point in her life, she did not realize what we have just told you. She knows exactly what we are talking about. She just hadn't put all the pieces together. She understands now that those headaches were a manifestation of the lack of love in her life. Truly, she did not know this until we just told you and her and all the others who are reading this information.

So look to the love or lack of it in your life. Remember, only you can know how you need to love and be loved. Allow that for yourself. For what is love but your connection to Source Energy.

The question you have asked is a most profound one. It is a question concerning many people on your planet. We would consider you to be among the lucky ones because you have taken the opportunity to ask that question and receive an answer from a place which carries great love and personal concern for you. For we are concerned for your health, your wealth and your happiness.

We want you to be able to join all of those who will be making their transition with the planet when she moves into her next density. All who continue to carry around the obscurations to love in the form of some unresolved physical or emotional or mental distress will be left behind. We want you with us - all of you. Please continue the search for the antidote to any of your physical or emotional or mental obscurations for these will keep you connected to the lower density and you will not be able to join us. And what you must realize is that the actual journey to the discovery of the healing methodologies you need is the journey to increased love and connection to Source Energy. The journey is the thing. Be willing to take it.
