Good morning. We’ve waited for this moment for a long time. We have much to say to you. And we wish you to record it to share with others. Please know that we love you beyond words. Your language and all languages of humans are deficient in their ability to express our love for all of you who have chosen to incarnate in this moment in time.

We bring you news. Much has happened within the planet during the last couple of months. You personally have felt it on your trip to Mexico. The planet has shifted her energetic stance in the universe as you have shifted your energetic stance upon your planet. Your dream of the ash people and the glow people is not far from the truth. Your internal energies are ramping up for what is coming. You must be ready if you are to continue your work on the planet. We are helping you now. Your current physical problems are a result of this ramping up. We will help your body cope with the new energy. We have given you some direction this morning as you awakened and we see that you have recognized it. Find some of this hyaluronic acid and use it. It will be beneficial to you and perhaps to others in your entourage.
