Moldavite Crystal
As a healer I find that one of the important things we need to do is to make sure we continually cleanse our environment of any built up negativity. When I know I am going to do a healing... before I do so, I take steps to ensure the room is energetically clean. I light three white candles... that I locate next to a clear quartz cluster. To cleanse the air and remove any negativity I burn white sage leaves. For cleansing and purification I spray the room with a special essential oil mixture. My healing space is gridded with rose quartz crystals... laid in the form of two intersecting triangles or a Star of David. There is no religious significance in this... but it creates an energetically powerful space in which to do your work. The presence of other protective crystals in the room is recommended. Stones such as pyrite, smokey quartz crystals, malachite, obsidian and lovely amethyst crystal clusters are recommended. I wear protective crystals on my body as jewelry. I wear moldavite, amber, labradorite and sugilite rings or ear-rings while doing the treatment. In my pocket there is always a small bag of tumblestones, to protect me and ground me after the treatment. If like myself you are an alchemical healer... doing healing will take you to the higher spiritual planes. These stones within your aura will prevent that spacey feeling that being ungrounded may create. This is a lovely explanation of something many people might not think too much about. When you go for a healing of almost any kind and the room is just there for you. You don't really stop to think about all the preparation that went on behind the scenes to create the welcoming space you've just stepped into. Liz, thank you so much for helping us see how you do that process.
