Disease is understood as an imbalanced meridian system. Affirmations - powerful words which can be used to create a positive behavior or modify how you think. They are thoughts that work with the Law of Attraction - what you think you create. Affirmations are very helpfulin the areas of health, relationship and prosperity and in changing your perceptions of yourself. Affirmations modify the way the subconscious mind works. An affirmation can be used much like a mantra; saying it over time will create a response to its powerful magic.

Akashic Record - in the spiritual realm, it holds a record of all events, actions, thoughts and feelings that have ever occurred or will ever occur. Theosophists believe that the Akasha is an "astral light" containing occult records which spiritual beings can perceive by their special "astral senses" and "astral bodies".
