Tai Chi - A Chinese Taoist martial art form of meditation in movement, combining mental concentration, coordinated breathing and a series of slow, graceful body movements. Tai Chi may be practiced for meditative and health purposes or, with increased speed, the movements may be used for self-defense. The practitioner allows the body weight or center of gravity to sink into the abdomen and feet; which relaxes and deepens the breathing, quiets the mind and, in turn, regulates the heartbeat, digestion and various other muscular, neurological, glandular and organic functions.

Tarot uses cards forming a series of archetypal images whose origins are often rooted in Kabalistic European mystic traditions. Through these images one may draw information from the unconscious, illuminating and clarifying the profound meaning of the situation in question. The cards can be considered as archetypes of experience and character traits that stimulate thought leading to revelation and change.

Telekinesis is the movement of objects by scientifically inexplicable means, as by the exercise of an occult power.

Theosophy, or divine wisdom, refers either to the mysticism of philosophers who believe that they can understand the nature of God by direct apprehension, without revelation, or it refers to the esotericism of eclectic collectors of mystical and occult philosophies who claim to be handing down the great secrets of some ancient wisdom.
