May 11 10:00 am Epi met with L.G. She initially went to the doctor because she had trouble with her cholesterol they give her some pills but they made her arms and leg muscles hurt so much she could hardly get out of bed in the mornings. She struggled all day long with the pain. Epi called upon Rafael one of the healing guides and asked how to go about healing this pain. Epi was told to do give her Reiki for four (4) days and that would relive the pain. Epi start the Reiki sessions and the first day was some great improvement. The Reiki was continued and on the last day there was no longer any pain at all she was able to get out of bed with out any pain and do some gardening and house work. Epi again channel with healing guide Rafael, and was told that L.J. should talk to her doctor about changing her medication.
