Meditation Techniques

The simple meditation techniques I described on the first page of this section may be all you'll ever you need for your meditation practice. Many, many people do these and nothing more and find that it satisfies their need to be connected to their internal self.

This is not to say that this is an exhaustive list of the various types of meditation but it’s a good start. Many of the methods of meditation we hear about in the West are sub-types of the techniques already mentioned. So, if you learn about these techniques and practice them, you’ll soon be able to incorporate these or others into your daily life.
