How do you define it? I was told that moving to Springfield, IL, I would find my greatest Joy.
The Joy I was thinking of, and the Joy I got were not the same. We have all felt Joy at one time or another. Feeling my greatest Joy was quite different. My greatest Joy starts within the Heart and radiates outward,it fills my body with this warm glow of joy. It doesn't last for hours or days. Once you have felt this kind of Joy you are forever changed. It is a gauge to let you know you are growing - moving up the spiritual toward the Divine.
These are the Treasures the Bible talks about "the ones that wouldn't Rust and Couldn't be consumed on the Earth." This Joy is the Reward for all the times you kept your faith. For every time you took a step in the darkest part of the tunnel with only a glimmer or a flicker of light. That only lasted for a second. Just maybe that was a light I saw ahead of me and you take a step. For all the times you took a class or read a book, hoping it would bring you closer to God Creator Source. It is the fulfillment of the longing in your Heart. Knowing.
